Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed on https://aourex.com (the website). Please read them carefully before you buy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. About us Aourex is a trading name of AUREX COMMERCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16936106. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@aourex.com or on +44 7460 671266. Our support team replies within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
2. What we sell We sell digital software licence keys and software subscriptions. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped. Each product page states the product type, what you receive and the term, for example a digital key for 1 PC or a subscription for 12 months. Please check the product page before you order.
3. Independent reseller Aourex is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Zoom, Bitdefender, ESET, Norton (Gen Digital), McAfee, Avast, Malwarebytes, Corel, Wondershare, TechSmith, Parallels, win.rar GmbH, Acronis, EaseUS, Foxit, Nitro or any other software brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Brand names are used only to identify the software we sell.
4. Orders and contract When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation by email, but the contract is formed only when we deliver your product. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if the product information contains an obvious error, or if our security checks cannot be completed. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
5. Prices and payment The price and currency of your order, with any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and Aourex never stores your full card details. Your card issuer may ask you to complete additional authentication, such as 3-D Secure. We process your order only after the payment is confirmed. You must use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are entitled to use. Please see our Payments and Security page for more information.
6. Delivery Digital products are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout and are also shown in your Aourex account. Delivery is usually within minutes after payment is confirmed. Some orders may need a manual security review, which can take up to 24 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder and make sure that your email address is correct. Full details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.
7. Activation and use of software Activation is completed through the software vendor's own website, app or account by following the vendor's instructions. System requirements, languages, features and regional availability are set by the vendor and may change, so please check the vendor's website before you buy. Your use of the software is also subject to the vendor's own licence terms, which you accept when you activate or install the software. We do not control the vendor's software or services.
8. Business subscriptions Business products, such as Microsoft 365 Business plans, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace and Adobe plans for teams, are for organisations. They are provisioned to your organisation's account or tenant and priced per user. We may contact you by email for organisation details, such as a domain. Microsoft 365 Copilot requires an eligible Microsoft 365 plan. Any renewal after the term shown on the product page is managed through the vendor and is not part of your purchase.
9. Right to cancel and digital content Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right is lost once delivery has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. At checkout we ask you to confirm both points, and we confirm them to you by email. Delivery starts when we email your licence key or activation details. If your order has not yet been delivered, you may ask us to cancel it and we will refund you in full.
10. Faulty products, refunds and replacements If a product does not work as described, please contact us at info@aourex.com. We will first try to fix the problem or supply a replacement key or activation details. If we cannot do so, we will refund the affected order. Full details are in our Refund and Replacement Policy.
11. Your statutory rights If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose that you made known to us, and as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
12. Acceptable use When you use the website, you agree to: - give accurate and complete information when you order - use only payment methods that you are entitled to use - use the software in line with the vendor's licence terms and applicable law - not resell or share keys or subscriptions in breach of the vendor's terms - not misuse the website or interfere with its security We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that these terms have been broken or that an order is fraudulent. Please see our Fraud Prevention and Order Verification page.
13. Our responsibility We do not exclude or limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss of profit, business or data, or for problems caused by the vendor's software, services, outages or changes. For business customers, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. The rights of consumers are not affected.
14. Privacy and cookies We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
15. Events outside our control We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet failures, problems at payment providers or software vendors, or acts of government.
16. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
17. General If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
18. Governing law and disputes These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you keep the mandatory consumer rights of the place where you live. Please contact us first at info@aourex.com so that we can try to resolve any problem quickly.
