Payments and Security

1. Payments through third-party providers Payments on https://aourex.com are processed by third-party payment providers. Your card details are sent to and processed by these providers, and Aourex never stores your full card details.

2. Card security - Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). - Our payment providers are required to follow PCI DSS, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. - Your card issuer may ask you to complete additional authentication, such as 3-D Secure, for example with a one-time code or an approval in your banking app.

3. Order verification To protect customers and card owners, we may carry out security checks on orders. Some orders may need a manual security review of up to 24 hours. Please see our Fraud Prevention and Order Verification page for details.

4. What appears on your statement Your card statement shows the payment as Aourex or AUREX COMMERCE LTD. If you do not recognise a payment, please check the name and your order confirmation email, and contact us at info@aourex.com.

5. Currency and bank charges The currency and the total of your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may apply its own charges for payments made in a different currency, so please check with your bank if you are unsure.

6. Declined or failed payments If a payment is declined or fails, your order is not delivered. Please check your card details and your available funds, contact your bank, or try another payment method that you are entitled to use. If you were charged but did not receive an email from us, please contact us.

8. Staying safe We will never ask you for your full card number, card security code or PIN by email, message or telephone. Please keep your email account secure, because licence keys and activation details are delivered by email.
